Ayon sa datos na nakalap ng Amnesty International, mayroong 3,340 na biktima ng extra-judicial killings, 34,000 na biktima ng tortyur, 70,000 na mga indibidwal na kinulong, at 737 na kaso ng mga desaparecidos noong panahon ng Batas Militar ni Ferdinand Marcos, Sr.
